Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CallD.AI website and services provided by CallD.AI Pty Ltd (“CallD.AI”, “we”, “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of our services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

CallD.AI and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the services, including all related intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or malicious content, to interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks.

5. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise service level agreements, including uptime guarantees and support response times, are governed by separate agreements executed between CallD.AI and each enterprise customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CallD.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through our website or by other means. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
